Abstract

|
A case of Non-parasitic multiple liver, cyst is report- tissue. A fist sized cyst-protruded´ into abdominal cavity ted. 42 years old housewife began to feel a walnut sized from the lower margin of the rt. lobe and it was tumor mass on R.U.Q. 5 years ago and it gradually extirpated for the purpose of -pathologic examination enlarged to a fist sized palpable mass. Another organs, kidney, liver pancreas etc. revealed No specific symptoms had been present until sudden no cystic lesion colicky pain attacked rt. side of the abdomen on Aug. The report of histological diagnosis was "Multiple liver cyst bile duct origin". Laparotomy was carried out at some rural clinic next day. Subjective symptoms were subsided after the operation but the palpable mass reappeared on 1952.
